Cheryl began as a staff nurse in 1993, then worked as a research coordinator and CRA before opening Link Clinical in 2018. She created Secondary Screening teams that review medical history in depth, so sites receive consented, protocol-ready patients instead of raw recruitment leads.

That process is used by medical device and pharmaceutical sponsors that need faster enrollment without lowering eligibility standards.
